I applied for a loan. The next day I got a text message saying I was approved.

I found it weird that I never talk to an actual rep, so I called and spoke to a representative. He told me there was no issues and that I would have the money the next day. I then asked him if we should verify my information and he said there was no need to. The whole time I was on the phone he acted like I was a total inconvenience and was rude.

The next day by 10 a.m. I still have not seen any money deposited in my account. I then called them to see why my money hasn't been deposited. The representative could not answer my question.

I then asked him if we should verify all my info. Again it was like I was totally inconveniencing them and was irritated he had to help me. We then found that they had my bank info wrong. Completely wrong Bank name and routing and account numbers.

The rep then got on to me about filling out my application wrong online. Now I may have filled it out wrong I'm not denying that but instead of jumping down my throat I wish she would have tried to help me out. He then told me it would take 3 to 5 days for them to get the money back or reimbursed and then I can reapply for the loan. I asked him if they have the wrong Bank information how did the money go out.

He then said money did not go out but it has to go to or process in order for account to get clear. I then again asked why my account could not be cleared of the loan or why I couldn't just fix my information to solve the issue, since no money was ever given to anybody . He said there was nothing I I told him that you do and nothing he could do for me. As the day went on I received three phone calls leaving voicemails telling me I needed to finish my application in order for my loan to get approved.

I then called them again and ask why they were calling me for my loan to get approved if it already had been approved but sent to the wrong Bank. The rep then looked up the account saw what was going on and also told me there was nothing he could do for me. I got home and around 6pm another rep from Zoca called me. He told me that I have been approved for my love.

I told him I knew that I was approved yesterday and had to fill him in on everything. Now this representative was actually very polite. He then told me that because the wrong banking info was provided that it could take up to 30 days to resolve and reimburse my account. I told him that two Representatives have already told me it would take 3 to 5.

And then again asked him why this could not be cleared if no money ever left or was sent to anybody from Zoca. I also asked why it was called a reimbursement if no money but was being reimbursed. He kept telling me once the funds have been sent back it would take 30 days. I said I don't understand what funds are coming back if none ever sent.

He then admitted to me yes nothing was sent anywhere because the banking field was wrong but this is the process I had to go through. Now I am worried from all the other reviews that I will still get charged and this will never get resolved. Even if I sent in the wrong Bank info they should take care of their customers and not scold them and absolutely not be helpful. This has every sign of a complete scam.

I basically talked to 3 different reps and received emails and phone calls from about 8 different reps. All telling me different things or them completely not knowing what was going on. I got a text saying I was approved period the next day I kept getting phone calls saying I needed to call them in order to take get approved. Now I am being charged with this loan and being told there is nothing I can do about it and I have zero money.

This is beyond messed up and completely wrong. Please do not use this company!Wtf
