Not having the highest credit rating out there but needing funds because of an emergency situation I started applying on the payday loan sites.After a few rejections I was told that Zocal loans had approved my application. Was redirected to their site to complete additional details.

Finally received contact from the company. I can’t remember if it was a phone call or email , please forgive as I’m 74 and not as sharp memory as I was. Anyway the request was made for my login information to verify my income that was entered on the application.i gave them an active account i seldom use but has some funds in it.

I was then presented with the loan contract for a loan of $900. I electronically signed the contract and was told that the next business day the funds would be placed in the account. I then received two emails about 45 minutes after signing the original loan document asking that I return to the site and sign a new loan document as my account had been adjusted after the loan information had been verified

Went to the new document and the loan amount had been reduced to $300 with $2,200 plus being the total repaid amount. I electronically signed the new document for the lessor amount. Up to this point I feel like I’m dealing with a good company.

So Monday comes which is the next business day and no funds are deposited in the account. I tried to call and all I received was a recording saying all reps were busy and I could hold until one became available. After 5 minutes I receive a recorded message that the reps were still busy and if I leave my call back number the next available rep would call me or I could email them.

I left a call back number and 15 minutes later I get a call from them. It’s a call from a boiler room as you can hear people on the phone in the background.this call went no where as we couldn’t establish a good verbal connection. So I hung up and tried to make contact with a phone call three more times on Monday, which is the first business day after my loan approval. Never did get another call back even after having left 3 voice mails in addition to my call back number.

So as a last resort I emails them at their support@ email address. I receive in return two autoresponder emails saying they had received my email and they would be in contact with me. Still waiting here it is Tuesday Morning and no call back phone calls, no return emails and no money deposited.
