They gave me a loan for $450 which I got this month. I'm going to pay it off next month, and when I asked them what $ amount the payoff is they replied $650.
Christ almighty. What a rinky *** outfit.

Got scammed for thousands of dollars from this company. Will be taking them to court. Borrowed $550.00 from this company. They have taken close to $2500 before it
This company is a total scam. They took over $2500 out of my account.
On a $550 loan. And were still trying to take more.I'm hoping to get criminal charges against them.

Payoff
I talked to a lady last week about my needing to see about settling my balance for a smaller payoff. I can't afford to keep making the weekly payifor my hours are being cut back and I would love to try and settle this for a smaller payoff amount.

Back in May of 2018, I needed to borrow $250 for an emergency vehicle repair. My only income is disability and I was 4 days away from payday.
Upon receipt of the loan, I immediately contacted them via email for payoff amount for June 1.
After two days, I hadn't gotten a reply, so I called to be informed I couldn't communicate with them via email, only phone, which leaves me no documentation of contact.
At that point, I stopped payment on all scheduled EFT transfers hoping that would prompt them to reply to my emails.
They never did, except to email bomb me with past due notices.
They call at least twice a day (one ROBO, one human) to this day and they continue to leave voice mails. Very long ago, I blocked all their numbers and sent notice for them to discontinue contacting me, which they've disregarded.
Since they cannot report to credit bureaus or sue me, the loss is theirs.

Bad service and over charged on loan
I got a 1,000 dollar loan, and they didn't tell me until after I got it that I needed to make weekly payments of 126 dollars because I get paid weekly I don't get paid but 230 a week and I got bills other than ZocaLoans to pay. I also made a payment of 75 dollars when I first got the loan to go on my next payment.
I told the lady over the phone that the 75 dollars was to go on my next payment and I would pay the remaining balance that Friday.
Well she didn't set up the arrangement and I ended up paying the full payment even though I had already paid some on it. Then when I tried to call to get it straight the lady was very rude and being super loud and kept talking over me every time I would try to say something.
And they expect me to pay 2,000 dollars back when I just got a 1,000 dollar loan.

Robo calls from Zocaloans
Halfway through the loan possess I changed my mind do to the sky-high interest rate. Since then these bozos have been robocalling me every day with the same message even after being told that I am not interested in doing business with them. Stay away from this company; they are real idiots and very childish when turned down.

Upset during pandemic
Update: I have now had 2 days in a row of phone calls and emails saying I have missed payments and or skipped payments. So frustrating.
Called and they were really helpful the first week by giving me an extension and they told me to call when my next payment was due if I needed further assistance. I did call and at first they weren't going to help, but gave in and asked if I could do a $50. "Hardship" payment instead of regular payment. I agreed and paid $50.
Even though I really didn't have the income. Then today I get an email claiming I missed my payment. When in fact I didn't, I made the payment as they asked instead. I called and asked about the missing payment and email and they were rude and said I didn't pay as the loan I agreed too.
And even through the pandemic I was still legally bound to make payments. I became rude back and said again I didn't miss a payment and I guess everyone can see into the future and know that after they sign up for this they'll be off work due to pandemic health issues.
and I hung up. Future customers, please look into your magic balls and see your future cause although they say they will help, they really become quite rude - Fees horrific

Having trouble applying online for a loan
I applied for the loan and I get to almost the end and it was asking me how do I save more I completed my instant bank verification discount I completed the extra credit survey discount completed I uploaded a selfie completed cell phone number verify discount complete it now its asking me for a letter from unemployment letter discount and I didnt collect unemployment and it wont let me go any further unless I Upload an unemployment letter that I dont have because I didnt apply for unemployment what do I do next
