RESHEDULE PAYMENT DATE
Hello! Custmer Service, I want to reschedule the upcoming automatic payment on my account on Oct 6 2023 to Oct 20 my paycheck will be delayed because, of ERRORS on my hours.

Company refused to communicate, verbal or written
I spoke with their customer service and requested a current statement and or the original agreement stated it would be emailed to me and never received. It provided them with two emails after seven phone calls they stop taking my phone calls.
Send email to support department explain the situation.
They stated that they would send the original loan agreement never received original loan agreement when I call and I get customer service on the line apparently when they see my name and number they just hang up with that type of customer service I can never get this past due bill paid so my creditor that was going to include this in the consolidation has consolidated my other loans without this loan and I dont know what to do. This is very disappointing stressful and just downright unfair .

Pay Off Loan
I have been trying to login into my account to pay off my loan as I only needed the funds temporarily. Every time I log in, it tells me for additional security to reset my password.
I did that FIVE times, I shouldn't have to keep doing that if it's correct.
I want to pay off the balance before incurring any interest, but it seems like the system won't let me so you can tack on interest before letting me pay. Fix this!

Bank verification to get my small loan approved
I called and it was hard to hear her so obviously Im asking her to repeat herself multiple times, which I understand would make anybody somewhat annoyed, however; towards the end when she called my bank she seemed very rude only to tell me they couldnt verify my employment since i had just started working there and havent received payment yet. Could have called my employer, but seems she didnt want to continue the conversation much further and before I could get another question out I was hung up on.
I get it, the process for all of this is annoying, but if Im being nice and respectful then please give it back.
If phone calls arent your forte or something you enjoy, maybe find something else in the company you like doing. Im just trying to get some help so I can pay my bills but was immediately dismissed for that reason.
