Well I messed up I hope not,but I can change some things around and hopefully fix it?Any Suggestions.I opened a loan account from Zocaloans somehow I cannot find any email with company in my mailbox. Is their any way to speak to some real person,because I am not good at this with my Arthritis so I want some type of email or emails.

Zoca loans is not a tribal community. They use that status to make illegal loans.
I'm sure they pay them a percentage to do that. Zoca is really 777 Partners in Miami FL.
There is a class action lawsuit against them for this, just type in Zoca lawsuit and it will come up. This loan is an illegal loan and you do have rights for being scammed.
Preferred solution: For them to stop scamming people , loans, annuities and everyone else you do.

Denied loan
I needed emergency funds because my 4 month old kitten needs emergency surgery having swallowed a Q-Tip. I applied for an $800 loan with Zoca.
I am 70 years old and receive $1,885 social security monthly by direct deposit to my checking account. My rent is less than $700 per month. My credit score is 562.
Zoca claims that bad credit scores will not be cause to deny a loan.
Not true. I was DENIED.
If your credit score is below 600 don't waste your time
- Very difficult to get in contact with customer service

Horrible customer service
I borrowed 950 from this company December 23 I got a Text message saying Im approved !
at 3:51am I received an email telling me they updated my contract and I needed to resign my contract December 24 they took 489 from my account and my due date wasnt set until January .
I reached out to the company today and they told me it was nothing they can do about it!! They gave me money just to take back the next day !! Theyre interest rates are really expensive .
I spoke with someone just to tell me its not their fault and I have to repay them .
Im going to repay them and never do business with them

- Business practice was unethical and outright thievery

The way I fill like I’m being mistreated
Online I got one loan amount then when I tried a smaller amount it was denied but when I called it gave me another amount tht wasnt either one of the amounts tht were on line then when after I said the amount the-man said on line was ok , I didnt realize tht I needed to verify my banking amount cause I done tht online thing for yall to c my banking ( link yall with my banking ) so when I called I didnt have it on hand an needed to look for the rgt banking acct number ,an I didnt realize tht I was being denied cause we hung up an when I found it ,I called bk an was in formed it was denied,so Im nt sure wht the deal is but I have paid off 3 loans with you guys an now Im being treated I think like a nobody an I really dont understand

No complaints I appreciate your response.I am very satisfied with the beginning too 2 payments left.J will save my Zoco information in case I need your help. Unlike Green Arrow Loans who I have small loan with.Cannot reach them by email phone etc.I will not use them again very upset I can't reach Green Arrow. Thank you

Fraud/scam
Fraud Scam to repay a loan I dont have. They have the wrong phone number, a closed account without my name on it in another state that money was transferred to, a phone with an area code I have not been to and they have the audacity to think I am trying to get out repayment.
Who in their right mind would apply for a loan at 586 percent interest?

Outrages interest!!!
I took a loan out for $ 1200 and have made several payments and now want to pay it off and the payoff is $2300!!!!! Are you kidding me!!!
Ridiculous!! Stopping payment on it all!!!

Outrages rates
I got a $1200 loan, have made several payments an, now want to pay it off and the payoff is $2300!!!! Thats absurd and I wont pay that amount!! Totally ridiculous!

Payoff balance
I HAD A MILD STROKE AND HAD TO LEAVE MY TEACHING POSITION. SO I DID NOT HAVE PAYMENTS COMING IN AS USUAL.
I AM BACK WORKING PART TIME, 20 HOURS A WEEK. I WOULD THINK YOU WOULD TRY AND BE OF SOME ASSISTANCE GIVEN MY SITUATION.
NOT SURE WHEN I CAN START MAKING PAYMENTS. HOPEFULLY LATER THIS MONTH.
